Your privacy

When you request a visit, Santa Jeff receives your name, email, optional phone number, event details, and payment preference so he can respond and arrange your celebration.

How your request is handled

When online booking is enabled, requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are available through Jeff’s protected booking page. Confirmed visits are added to his private Google Calendar. Resend delivers request notifications and confirmation emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam.

If the site prepares an email draft instead, you send it through your own email app. Preparing a draft alone does not submit a booking to this website.

Payments

Venmo payments take place through Venmo. This website does not collect card or bank details, and Jeff records payment status after checking the payment or collecting it onsite.
